Practice Area
Traffic Law.
Advice and representation in the settlement of road traffic accidents, in fine proceedings and on driving bans and driving licence matters.
After an accident: enforcing your claims in full
After a road traffic accident, injured parties are often entitled to more than the other side’s liability insurer offers of its own accord: in addition to repair costs, for example expert fees, loss of use or a hire car, reduction in value, compensation for pain and suffering and loss of earnings. We examine the question of liability, assert your claims against the insurer and, if necessary, enforce them in court.
Where liability is clear, the cost of your own lawyer is generally part of the loss that the other side’s insurer has to cover.
Fines, driving bans, driving licence
A fine notice is often worth a closer look: the measurement method, formal requirements and deadlines can provide points of attack that are not apparent without inspecting the file. Early review is particularly important where a driving ban or penalty points with professional consequences are at stake. An objection to a fine notice can only be lodged within two weeks of service.
